Mhade sings primarily in the Marathi language.
In 2008, she won the Marathi version of Sa Re, Ga, Ma, Pa. The next year, Mhade won Zee TVâs Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge.
When she won Zee TVâs Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2009, she got Rs 50-lakh music contract with Zee TV, a Hyundai i10 car, and an LCD TV.
She also showed up in Himesh Reshammiyaâs âJai Mata Di Letâs Rock Gharanaâ and won it.
Mhade also sang a title track for the Marathi daily soup, âKulvadhuâ, a popular show aired on Zee Marathi.
She also sang for the famous Marathi music composer, Shridhar Phadke in his album, âSangeet Manmohee Re.â
Mhade sang her first Bollywood song, âHum Tumâ along with Himesh Reshammiya.
She also sang at Lord Buddha live T.V. show.
Mhade was nominated as the Female Vocalist of the Year for her song âPingaâ (along with Shreya Ghoshal) in Mirchi Music Awards Ceremony.
