Tintumol Joseph is an Indian voice-over artist and actor who is known for the Malayalam COVID-19 precaution caller tune.
Joseph was born and raised in a middle-class family in Kerala. After her birth, her parents moved to Sullia Taluk in Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka.

Since childhood, she has shown interest in acting, dancing, and anchoring. She used to participate in various cultural events in school and college as an anchor and artist.

After pursuing her graduation, Tintumol moved to New Delhi, where she prepared for the civil service examination and also pursued her post-graduation.
In 2016, one of her professors at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, introduced her to a Kannada voice-over artist, Srikrishna Bhat. He helped her in getting voice-over assignments.
She did voice-over assignments in Hindi, English, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
In an interview, Joseph said she wanted to do voice-over projects in Kannada, but she got more projects in Malayalam.
In mid-March 2020, she got a call from the studio of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to give a voice-over to the COVID-19 precaution caller tune. She auditioned in both Kannada and Malayalam languages, but she was chosen for the Malayalam.
She once revealed that her family and few friends knew that she was behind the Malalayam COVID-19 caller tune. Later, when a Kerala journalist came to know about the voice behind the Malalayam COVID-19 caller’s tune, he published it in his newspaper. She got great appreciation from Keralites across the world for her voice.
Tintumol has worked in various government television commercials and radio programmes.
During COVID-19, Joseph joined Deepalaya NGO in New Delhi, which worked for underprivileged and poor people during the pandemic and lockdown.
Joseph once revealed that due to the lockdown, the second and third versions of COVID-19 caller tune recordings were done at her home.
She is also one of the official hosts of the Delhi Malayalee Association (DMA), New Delhi.

In 2022, film director Payal Kapadia met her during an event in Kerala and offered her the role of Nurse Shenat in All We Imagine as Light.
Tintumol is a trained kuchipudi dancer.
