  • Her husband arranged for her body to be brought back from Bangkok to India on 8 August 2023. On 9 August 2023, she was cremated at Harishchandra Ghat in Bengaluru. Her unexpected demise left many from the South Indian entertainment industry and political circles in shock, with several paying their respects to her memory.
