Razak Khan was an Indian film actor, who mainly worked in Hindi films and TV serials. He died of a cardiac arrest on 1 June 2016 at Sheesha Restaurant in Mumbai.
He acted in various theatre plays and stage shows in India and abroad. He used to conduct acting workshops with various Indian theatre groups.

In various Hindi films, he played negative and comic roles like Nadi Dinna Changezi in âIshqâ (1997), Manikchand in âBaadshahâ(1999), Ninja Chacha in âHello Brotherâ (1999), and Fainku in âHaseena Maan Jaayegiâ (1999).

Razak Khan appeared in many popular TV shows such as âFilmi Chakkarâ (1997) as Pappu Kang, âChamatkarâ (1998) as Makodi Pahalwan, and âComedy Nights with Kapilâ (2014) as Bhai. During an interview, Razak talked about appearing in âComedy Nights with Kapil.â He said,
Itâs great to be a part of the show, especially as Pinkyâs husband, Golden. She is hot, she is sexy and Iâm absolutely in awe of her. I feel privileged that she chose me over the rest including actors like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar among others. He was well-versed in poetry and Urdu literature.
On 1 June 2016, he suffered a cardiac arrest and was immediately rushed to Holy Family Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai. He was declared dead in the hospital. He was then buried in Nariyalwadi Cemetery, Byculla, Mumbai. His funeral was attended by many Indian celebrities like Rajpal Yadav and Makarand Deshpande . In an interview, the Indian filmmaker Priyadarshan expressed his grief on Razakâs demise. He said,
I just got to know. It is really sad. He has worked with me in a lot of movies and he was a great actor.â
