Mahabali Shera was born in a humble Punjabi Family.
He is a great sport and gym lover since his childhood.
Before joining wrestling, he used to compete in several bodybuilding competitions including Mr. India Bodybuilding Competitions and won many of them.
He is the first Indian wrestler, who joined TNA Impact wrestling and had been the part of it for 3 years from 2014 to 2017.
On 7 January 2015, Shera joined The Revolution (A Tag Team Led By James Storm), when he was a part of Impact Wrestling but he left The Revolution in the same year on 19 August after repeatedly insulted by James Storm.
Shera changed his name to Khoya On 7 January 2015 and the same year on 26 June, after defeating James Storm, he changed his name to Mahabali Shera.
Mahabali Shera signed a development contract with WWE ( World Wrestling Entertainment) on 14 February 2018.
He made his stunning NXT debut on the auspicious occasion of Holi on March 1, 2018, defeating the NXT superstar Dan Matha
