Gill Machhrai is an Indian lyricist and music composer who is prominent in the Punjabi music industry. He is famous for working with his business partner who is also a lyricist and a composer named Rony Ajnali . Gill got into the limelight for working with famous singer Yo Yo Honey Singh in his album released in 2023.
Gill Machhrai started writing songs when he was in his ninth standard. Initially, he was more inclined towards writing romantic songs.
He chose his pen name ‘Gill Machhrai’ as a token of respect for his village and his surname.
