Yogesh Sharma started dancing at a very young age.

His father was initially against him dancing. He once asked his father for Rs 500 to participate in a local dance show, but he didn’t give him the money.
He somehow arranged Rs 500 from his mother and paternal grandmother and won the show. The organisers of the show called his father who thought someone was joking with him.

But when he went to the show, he saw people dancing after lifting Yogesh on their shoulders. Since then, his father also supported him.
He was a naughty kid during school days. A few of his teachers also liked him.
In 2014, he participated in the popular dance reality show ‘DID L’il Masters’ Season 3, which aired on Zee TV.

He also participated in the dance reality show ‘Super Dancer’ Season 1 in 2016, which aired on Sony TV and became one of the finalists.

He became popular for his expressions and earned the nickname the expression guru.

In 2020, he revealed his daily diet plan which includes drinking water after waking up. For breakfast, he drinks juice or anything light followed by going to the gym for a workout. He then drinks a banana shake mixed with oats, Bournvita, and raisins (Kishmish).
After an hour, he eats bread with peanut butter followed by lunch. Around 3-4 pm, he eats eggs, fruits around 5-6 pm, and dinner around 8-9 pm.
He got busy with his professional commitments as a dancer, hence he stopped studying. In 2023, he was giving 10th standard exams.
Many fans claimed in 2020 that he was in a relationship with a dancer named Ditya Bhande , but he never confirmed she was his girlfriend.
In 2022, he was featured on the popular web show Playground, which aired on Amazon miniTV.

In 2023, he participated in the auditions of Roadies 19, officially known as Roadies: Karm ya Kaand which aired on MTV and Jio Cinema, but he was not selected.

During the audition for MTV Roadies 20, officially known as Roadies: Double Cross which aired on MTV and JioCinema, he revealed that his father had an alcohol addiction. Suddenly, his father left it for 6 months, but a nerve in his head swole.

He called one of his friends to borrow some money, but he disconnected the call. Another friend, Akash Thapa , who also auditioned with him, lent him money for his father’s treatment.

He once revealed if he had not become a dancer, he would have been a bodybuilder and trainer as he likes gymming.
He also uploads vlogs on his YouTube channel that feature travel vlogs or family vlogs.
He has been featured in various dancing vlogs with various influencers like Yo Yo Honey Singh , Akriti Negi , and Sachin Sharma .
