Yang Dong-geun, also known as YDG, is a South Korean actor, music artist, and breakdancer. In 2023, it was announced that he would act in the second season of the popular Netflix South Korean survival drama series âSquid Game.â
He played the character of young Dong-hoon in KBS2âs 1991 TV series titled âHyung (My Older Brother).â He is also recognized for his leading role as Heo Seung-po in the popular tvN series âThe Three Musketeers,â which was aired in 2014.
He has appeared in several South Korean TV series including âThe Bride of Habaekâ (2017), â365: Repeat the Yearâ (2020), and âCheer Upâ (2022).
In 2001, he launched an album titled âYangdonggeun a.k.a Madman,â which was a South Korean hip-hop album.
