Vishnu Vishal is an Indian actor and film producer.
He grew up in a middle-class family in Vellore, Tamil Nadu.

Vishnu enjoyed playing different sports in his school days and wanted to make his career in Cricket.
After finishing school, he applied for an engineering course but later dropped out of it due to his inclination towards cricket.
He started his cricketing career by playing in the TNCA league games.

Next, he played for the Under-19 cricket team of India.

However, he suffered a severe leg injury early in his career and had to give up his cricket career.
He then developed an interest in acting and auditioned for films.
In 2009, he bagged a role in the Tamil film âVennila Kabadi Kuzhu.â Vishnu worked out extensively to prepare himself for his role in the film. He sat in the sun for hours every day to tan his skin in order to look like a Kabaddi player. He even got trained under a Kabaddi coach for five hours a day.

Subsequently, he appeared in the Tamil films âMundasupattiâ (2014), âJeevaâ (2014), âMaaveeran Kittuâ (2016), âRatsasanâ (2018), and âF. I. R.â (2021).
