During his List-A debut for Baroda against Karnataka on 7 February 2018, he took 5 catches as a wicketkeeper and scored 10 runs not out.
On 7 January 2018, he made his T20 debut for Baroda against Mumbai and scored 50 runs on 28 balls with 7 fours and 2 sixes.
Ahead of the 2018-2019 Ranji season, he moved to Gujarat from Baroda.
In July 2023, he was signed by Fairplay Sports, the sports management agency.

In December 2023, he scored the second-fastest List-A century in the Vijay Hazare Trophy by scoring 100 runs in 41 balls for Gujarat against Arunachal Pradesh. In December 2024, it became the 3rd fastest as Punjab’s Anmolpreet Singh (35 balls) broke Yusuf Pathan’s record (40 balls) of the fastest hundred.
In the 2025 IPL auction, he went unsold for his base price of Rs 30 lakhs.

On 27 November 2024, during the 2024-25 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT), he scored a 28-ball century against Tripura at the Emerald Heights International School Ground in Indore. , scoring 113 runs not out with 7 fours and 12 sixes.

He broke Rishabh Pant’s record for the fastest T20 century by an Indian. It was the 2nd fastest century in T20, only behind Estonia’s Sahil Chauhan , who had a 27 hundred against Cyprus.
On 3 December 2024, he scored a hundred against Uttarakhand in 36 balls, with 115 runs not out with 8 fours and 11 sixes. He became the first cricketer to score consecutive hundreds under 40 balls in T20.
