During his school and college days, he performed in various stage plays.
After completing his schooling, he took admission to one of the best dental schools in Pakistan. However, he changed his mind and studied geology instead.
In 2008, he was spotted by the Pakistani guitarist Khurram Waqar in a music concert. Waqar then offered him to join the Pakistani music band âQayaasâ as a vocalist. For the band, he lent his voice to many popular Urdu songs like âPalâ (2008), âUmeedâ (2009), âTanhaâ (2009), âHealâ (2012), and âCut My Wingsâ (2013).
