At the age of 2, she started her professional training in acting and dancing. She joined a dancing school named SJ Dancing Zone, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. She did her training under the dance gurus Sheetal Gupta and Johnny. Later, Twinkle attended various acting workshops to learn the basics of acting.

She started her career as a stage performer. In the initial years of he career, she used to act and dance at various live events and stage shows in Himachal Pradesh.

After winning the dance competition ‘Dance Himachal Dance’ in 2014, she participated in the TV reality show ‘Dance India Dance Li’l Masters’ in the same year.
