She is the fourth child and youngest daughter of her parents.

She was born not in a palace, but at St. Mary’s Hospital, London, United Kingdom, the same hospital where Prince William and Prince Harry were born.
She is a member of both the Greek and Danish royal families. Her paternal grandparents were King Paul of Greece and Frederica of Hanover. Her maternal grandparents are Frederik IX of Denmark and Ingrid of Sweden.
Her father was King Constantine II of Greece, and her family is closely connected to Queen Margrethe of Denmark and the British royal family.

Princess Theodora’s father was the last King of Greece, reigning from 6 March 1964 until the abolition of the Greek monarchy on 1 June 1973.
On 20 October 1983, Princess Theodora was christened in a Greek Orthodox ceremony at the Saint Sophia Cathedral, London.
Princess Theodora Greece had a great passion for the arts since childhood. So, in 2006, to pursue her passion for the arts, she enrolled at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. She enrolled herself under the name Theodora Greece.
In 2009, Theodora appeared in a short role in the Danish Film The Wild Swans and in the American film The Lightkeepers.
In 2011, she made her television debut in the long-running American soap opera television show The Bold and the Beautiful.
In 2015, she served as a jury member for the 48FILM Project, a global short film competition, demonstrating her passion for helping young creatives enter the industry.

Their wedding was initially planned for May 2021 in Spetses, Greece, but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The wedding was postponed a second time, in 2023, following the death of her father.
On September 28, 2024, Theodora married Kumar in a Greek Orthodox ceremony officiated by Metropolitan Dorotheos II of Syros at the Metropolitan Cathedral of Athens.

On December 20, 2024, Theodora and other members of the former Greek royal family were granted Greek citizenship under the surname “de Grece.” This privilege had been denied to them since 1994 due to her father’s refusal to adopt a surname.
