Tarun Namdev first came gained recognition via his dance videos on the video-sharing platform TikTok. Simultaneously, he also established an Instagram account. However, after TikTok was banned in India in June 2020, he started his YouTube channel titled I_am Tarun on which he uploads his dance videos. He started his second YouTube channel titled Tarunn Ke Vlogs in 2021 on which uploads his daily lifestyle vlogs. He received the YouTube Silver Play Button in August 2022 for surpassing 10,00,000 subscribers on one of his channels.
