He had a passion for playing Kabaddi since he was a child. He was trained in Kabaddi at Chhaju Ram Kabaddi Academy, located in Bhiwani, Haryana.
He represented Chaudhary Bansi Lal (C. B. L.) University, Bhiwani at the All India Inter University Kabaddi Championship 2019, where he earned 41 raid points and 3 tackle points from 3 matches.
In 2021, he participated in 47th Junior National Kabaddi Championship – Boys, where he was a part of the Junior Boys Team of the Sports Authority of India. He helped his team to win the trophy by scoring 26 raid points and 1 tackle point from 4 matches in the championship.
