Some Lesser Known Facts About Suman Rao
In 2018, she participated in Miss Navi Mumbai contest where she was the first runner-up.
Then, she auditioned for the Femina Miss Rajasthan 2019 which she won it successfully.
She represented the state of Rajasthan in the Femina Miss India 2019 and won the contest. She dedicated the victory to her parents who have supported her in every step of her life.
During her competition of the Miss India Contest, she also won the Miss Rampwalk award.

She loves dancing and is trained in Kathak.
Rao donated Rs. 80,000 to the Child Help Foundation for the betterment of needy children.
During the pageant, she said that she comes from the society where gender inequality and other stereotypes prevail. According to her, she has taken responsibility to change this mentality of society.
On 7 December 2019, she will represent India at Miss World 2019 in Pattaya, Thailand.
