Some Lesser Known Facts About Stefano Oradei
Stefano Oradei was born and raised in Rome, Italy. He is known for his brilliant dancing skills and choreography.
During his childhood, he was deeply passionate about football and various sports. He was a big fan of the SS Lazio Football Club, Rome.
In an interview, Stefano revealed that he consistently followed, read about, and participated in sports, ranging from NBA basketball to Major League Baseball, NFL American football, volleyball, tennis, and hockey, among others.
He was also a brilliant football player in his childhood and played for two Roman teams. However, later, he quit his sports training and inclined his focused mainly on dance.
In an interview, Stefano Ordaei revealed that he had started professional dancing at the age of 14.
Stefano Ordaei learnt many dance styles such as flamenco, jazz, modern, classical dance, bugg, salsa, merengue, bachata, hip hop, boogie woogie and lindy hop.
At the age of 19, Stefano won his first Italian Championship of Latin American Dances, reaching the AS level (the highest identifiable dance level at the international level). After this win, he reached 7th place in the Italian Best Dancer for various dance forms.
After winning his first dance championship, he started his dance tours all over Europe and won numerous competitions in Spain, England, France and Germany.
Stefano also participated as a main dancer in the opening ceremony of the Italian tour of the Musical Saturday Night Fever (2005).
During a dance tour in England, he met Swedish dancer Veera Kinnunen. In 2008, Srefano moved to Sweden with Veera and started performing as a dance pair.
In 2008, Stafano and Veera participated in a World Dance Championship. They represented Sweden in the championship. In the same year, they won the Swedish Dance Champions title (2008). They won this title for five consecutive years.

Stefano and Veera also worked as dance teachers in a dance club named Sve Dance, Stockholm, Sweden. At that time, they also started dating each other.
In 2009, Stefano won the Northern European Dance Championship, Sweden, and in 2010, he was a finalist at Amateur Rising Star Latin Blackpool, England.
In an interview, Stefano mentioned that after moving to Sweden, he also took acting lessons from a famous Swedish actress for almost 2 years to develop expressiveness and character in his dance style.
In 2013, Stefano moved back to Italy, where he and Veera participated in the dance show titled Ballando con le Stelle (Dancing with the Stars, 2013). After winning the show, Stefano gained a lot of popularity in Italy.
From 2013 to 2021, Stefano participated for more than 10 seasons as a dancing teacher in the show Ballando con le Stelle.
In 2014, Stefano with Veera participated as dance teachers in a Swedish dance show titled Let’s Dance.
After their win on the Let’s Dance show, Stefano and Veera were invited many times to the show to participate as guest teachers and judges. They were also chosen as the main couple for the commercial and advertising poster of the show.
In 2019, Stefano and Veera parted ways as Veera Kinnunen fell in love with Daniel Osvaldo, another dancing teacher in the same show.
In August 2020, Stefano Oradei was also linked to dancer Greta Luna Saccone. Greta was 13 years younger than him. They dated for only a few months.
In 2020, Stefano started a dance academy named Stefano Dance Academy in Rome. Italy.
On 11 October 2021, he received an official position as National Manager of Latin American Dances, Italy.
