Some Lesser Known Facts About Srikala Reddy
Srikala Reddy’s late father, K. Jitender Reddy, was the president of the Nalgonda district cooperative in Telangana. He was also elected as an independent MLA from the Huzurnagar assembly seat of Telangana in 1969.
Reportedly, her father participated in the Telangana Armed Struggle Movement.
Srikala Reddy’s mother, Lalitha Reddy, was the sarpanch of her ancestral village, Ratnavaram in Telangana.
After completing a course in architecture and interior design in the United States, she began working as an interior designer.

In 2017, Dhananjay Singh and Srikala Reddy got married in Paris. It was her second marriage. After that, they announced the reception party of their marriage in Chennai. Many South Indian actors and businessmen attended their marriage reception.
In 2017, soon after marrying Dhananjay Singh , Srikala Reddy entered politics.
Later, Srikala Reddy joined the BJP and tried for a party ticket from the Huzurnagar constituency in Telangana during the 2019 assembly elections; however, the BJP granted a ticket to another candidate.
