Sonali Chakraborty was an Indian actress who predominantly worked in the Bangla film industry. On 31 October 2022, she passed away at a private hospital in Kolkata. She was suffering from a prolonged illness for months.
Sonali Chakraborty appeared in several films including Dadar Kirti (1980), Har Jeet (2002), and Bandhan (2004) as Aarti. In 2021, she was cast in the serial Gaatchora in which the lead actors were Solanki Roy and Gaourab Chatterjee.
