Sofia is a former British-Asian actress & model who turned out as a Nun in 2016.
She had a difficult childhood as her parents victimized her a lot.
In her younger days, she used to work as a bar dancer at a night club. Unfortunately, a family friend of her parents saw it on TV and reported about it to her family, after which she was imprisoned in her room and even Sofia Hayat was imprisoned and her mother threatened to kill her due to her western lifestyle.
She started her career as a TV host in 2003, which became popular among the British-Asians.
She followed Meisner technique to her acting that develops externally, as opposed to method acting.
She loves singing and in 2011, she released her album Dishonoured.
Apart from acting, she was a fine piano player, sword fighter and martial arts.
