Sivasri started learning Bharatanatyam at the tender age of 3 under the guidance of Kalaimamani Smt Krishnakumari Narendran and Acharya Choodamani Guru Smt Roja Kannan, and she has given several solo performances across India.

In 2007, Sivasri Skandaprasad started her YouTube channel after her name and started uploading her singing videos. Her YouTube channel holds more than 2 lakh 25 thousand subscribers, as of 2025.
She is well known across India, majorly in the southern part of the country for her Carnatic music, Bharatanatyam, and visual arts.
Coming from a family of musicians, Sivasri always wanted to have a career in music, but she was also very keen on understanding the mixture of engineering and biology and that is why she chose to pursue a Bachelor of Technology for her higher studies.
During her graduation in B. Tech, she worked on drug-induced developmental or fetal defects and has two papers published through international publications.
Sivasri Skandaprasad is the owner of ‘Ahuti’ which is a learning institute of performing arts.
She has been trained in classical Carnatic music under Guru Sri A S Murali and has won several prestigious music awards. She has also performed at various live events across the world.
