Simrat Kaur is an Indian actress, who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. She came into the limelight in 2023 when she marked her Bollywood debut with the Hindi film ‘Gadar 2.’
Simrat Kaur began modelling and signed different assignments for various brands and endorsements when she was pursuing her studies in college. She then appeared in a small role in a Cadbury advertisement.
She then made her Telugu debut when she appeared in the film “Prematho Mee Karthik” in 2017. Thereafter, she worked in movies like “Parichayam” and “Soni” in 2018.
In 2019, Simrat Kaur got a major role in a movie titled “Dirty Hari” in which she acted alongside actor Shravan Reddy . She became popular for her bold scenes in the film. Soon after the release of the film, she stated in a media interview that her mother motivated her to do bold scenes in the film. Simrat Kaur explained,
My mother told me that if you are into an acting career you need to accept whatever comes your way. Don’t think about what people will say, take acting as a religion and give it your best.”

Nagarjuna sir is the first actor whom I started liking a lot. After watching the dubbed Hindi versions of his films like ‘Don’, I wanted to meet him someday. I find Mahesh Babu sir extremely charming. He is so handsome even in his 40s. Allu Arjun sir is my other favourite.”
She frequently goes horseback riding in her spare time as it is one of her favourite recreational activities.
