Since the age of 15, he was interested in singing and his favourite genre is alternative rock.
He hails from Karnataka, but according to his interview, he doesnât speak Kannada.
He dropped out of his first year of college, and started working in a music store and was making enough money in that store.
Later, he did a diploma in audio engineering.
He has sung in about 11 languages till 2018.
He initially worked as a sound engineer and then in 2008, he took up content writing as his profession for Channel V, he later quit that to make fulltime career in music.
In 2016, he sang the Hindi version of the song âWe Know the Wayâ for the Disney animated film- Moana (Hindi Version).
The same year, he performed a jam session at the âJack & Jonesâ store in Mumbai with Meiyang Chang .
He released his solo album âChasing Rainâ in 2013 in two chapters â Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.
He is a teetotaler and a globetrotter.
