She did her training in acting under her mother Sadhana Singh, who is also an actress.
In 2007, during a computer coaching session, she met Vaibhav Gore, son of retired ACP Ashok Gore. After which both of them became good friends of each other. After dating each other for around one year, she married Vaibhav Gore in 2008. However, their marriage did not last long and they got divorced within two months.
She has worked with John Abraham in the Hindi film ‘I, Me aur Main.’
