Shahab Ali is a Bollywood actor who started acting by doing theatres.
His father had a kite shop and worked as a watch repairer in New Delhi, who died when Shahab was too young. Shahab’s mother used to run a beauty parlour at their home.
Shahab started acting in theatre plays during his college days. After college, he worked as a journalist, but, soon, he joined the National School of Drama (NSD) in Delhi.

He got the opportunity to work with renowned theatre artists Mohan Maharishi, Anuradha Kapur, Abhilash Pillai, Ovlyakuli Khodjakuli, and Tripurari Sharma.
He has also worked with ‘Kingdom of Dreams’ (India’s first live entertainment, theatre and leisure destination) in Gurugram, Haryana.
