Satyavathi Rathod, popularly known as Mangli, is an Indian playback singer, anchor, and actress predominantly in the Telugu film industry (Tollywood). She is known for her Banjara attire and Telangana folk songs based on festivals like Bathukamma, Bonalu, Sankranthi, Telangana Formation Day, etc.

Sathyavathi was inclined towards singing since childhood. She says,
I would always get the first prize for singing at school, but honestly I had no goal till I turned 18.â
According to Satyavathi, it was her father who inspired her to follow the singing. In an interview, she recalled her childhood days when her father would sing for her. check sources The Hindu She said,

According to Satyavathi, her parents especially her father broke all the norms and customs of her Banjara community where girls would get married by 12 or 14 and most families prefer sons. He raised her to become what she wanted. check sources The Hindu
She began her career in 2013 when she was invited by a Telugu information channel âV6 Informationâ for a Dasara festival special show titled âDhoom Dhaamâ as a guest artist.
Later she played Matakaari Mangli on a news show titled Teenmaar Vaarthalu for the same channel.
She also worked with the HMTV channel for Jordar News.
She started her singing career in 2017 by releasing singles on festivals such as Bathukamma, Ugadi, Sammakka Sarakka Jataraevents, etc. Some of her popular folk songs include Bathukammaâ (2017), âBonaluâ (2018), âJago Banjaraâ (2019), âJagan Annaâ (2020), âLaire Lallaireâ (2021), etc.
She bagged her Telugu debut song âShailaja Reddy Alludu Choodeâ from the movie âShailaja Reddy Alluduâ in 2018.
She then gave consecutive hit songs like âVaadu Nadipe Bandiâ from the film âGeorge Reddyâ (2019), âRamuloo Ramulaaâ from the film âAla Vaikunthapurramulooâ (2020).
