She was never interested in making a career in the acting industry, she had a plan to pursue an MBA in marketing from the UK but when her college ended, she auditioned for the Hindi TV serial â12/24 Karol Baghâ and got selected. The show was shot in Delhi (where she was living) and she didnât have to move to Mumbai.
In 2009, while she was working in the Hindi TV serial â12/24 Karol Bagh,â she became good friends with her co-actor Ravi Dubey . Soon, they fell in love with each other. While they were contestants in the Hindi reality TV show âNach Baliye 5,â Ravi Dubey proposed to her for marriage.
