In 2019, Sapna Singh was cast in the Hindi epic war drama film titled ‘Panipat.’
On 7 December 2024, Sapna Singh’s 14-year-old son Sagar went missing from Bareilly where he was staying with his maternal Uncle Om Prakash. His dead body was found on 8th December near Adalakhia village.
After hearing the news of her son, Sapna Singh travelled to Bareilly and held a protest in order to seek justice for his son. Two of her son’s friends were arrested and an FIR was filed on charges of murder.

The postmortem report indicated signs of overdose for Sapna’s son Sagar.
