Some Lesser Known Facts About Sanvikaa
Sanvikaa used to be shy in childhood.
Since her childhood, she wanted to become an actor.
After completing her BTech, she did not want to do a 9-5 job. So, she lied to her parents that she got a job in Bengaluru, but she moved to Mumbai where one of her friends was living.
With the help of her friend (who was working in the Hindi entertainment industry), she got a job as a costume AD.
Simultaneously, she auditioned for various TV commercials and was selected for an ad for Domino’s.
She then started getting small roles in various acting projects.
During one of her ad shoots, someone suggested her to audition for the YouTube channel TVF.
In an interview, she revealed that she changed her name from Pooja Singh to Sanvikaa after making her debut in the Hindi web series ‘Panchayat Season 1.’ She said that her name was very common and even another actress was working in the Hindi entertainment industry with the same name. So, she changed her name.
She once shared that she would love to do regional films like Malayalam and Bengali films.
She has acted in a few Hindi web series like ‘Panchayat Season 2’ (2022), ‘Lakhan Leela Bhargava’ (2023), ‘Hajamat’ (2023), and ‘Panchayat Season 3’ (2024).
