She claimed that she first connected with him on TikTok and Instagram in 2020 when she was living in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. Mishra then threatened to commit suicide and forced her to meet him.
She claimed that on 18 June 2021, he took her to a resort, drugged, and raped her. She also said that he recorded videos and photos to blackmail her into a relationship.
According to her, Sanoj Mishra lured her that he would take her to Mumbai and promised her a role in a film and marriage. He also forced her into a live-in relationship.
She alleged that he raped her multiple times, which led to three forced abortions.
On 6 March 2025, an FIR was filed by the Delhi police under charges including rape, assault, forced miscarriage, and threats.
