Some Lesser Known Facts About Sandeep Kumar
Sandeep had a poor childhood in the Begusarai district. Because his father didn’t earn enough, Sandeep, his mother, and two siblings had to stay with relatives to make ends meet. In an interview, he talked about the difficulties he faced in his childhood. He said,
My father wasn’t with us in Bihar as he used to drive the auto rickshaw in Rohtak. I cannot explain how bad the situation was. Only someone who has lived in poverty can understand.”
Sandeep used to play cricket with his friends in the village. One day, he saw some older kids playing kabaddi and decided to join them. While his friends eventually went back to playing cricket, Sandeep continued with kabaddi.
In 2023, Sandeep Kumar participated as a raider for Panchala Pride in the Yuva Kabaddi Series Monsoon Edition 2023 held in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. While playing, Sandeep got chosen for the auction of Pro Kabaddi League season 9. check sources Yuva Kabaddi Series
