Some Lesser Known Facts About Sameer Thakur
Sameer Thakur grew up in Mumbai in a middle-class family.
He operates a jewellery business in Africa.
Sameer met Munisha Khatwani on an online dating site.
Sameer and Munisha met in person for the first time at a coffee shop in a five-star hotel in Mumbai.
They liked each other on their first meet and soon, began dating. Talking about Sameer, Munisha once said,
Right from the time I met him, it always felt right with Sameer. I just felt very comfortable and it just felt that this is the right thing for me. He is very humble, kind and very loving. I felt comfortable with him and we soon started talking about anything and everything. It just felt like he was made for me. Even though the universe made me wait for a while, I got the best in the end.”
In an interview, Sameer disclosed that he went on a date with Munisha for time-pass, but became serious after seeing her.
Initially, they planned to exchange the wedding vows in 2020. However, they had to postpone their wedding thrice due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
After their marriage, Sameer went to Africa to look into his business while Munisha stayed in Mumbai, India.
Sameer is an avid animal lover.
He launched a salon named Sam’s Unisex Salon & Spa in Khar, Mumbai, in March 2021. The salon is co-owned by Vabez Wankadia, Kiran Jadhav, and Munisha Khatwani.
