In 2013, Saloni Khanna started working as an intern in the non-governmental organization named ‘CARE’ in Delhi which aims to end poverty and injustice.
In 2015, she started working as a research specialist for the government of India.
In 2021, Saloni Khanna started working as an assistant professor at Delhi University.
In the same year, she founded her foundation named ‘Skill-Up.’
In 2022, Saloni Khanna started her YouTube channel and started posting her interview and podcast clips. Her YouTube channel holds more than 2 lakh 20 thousand subscribers, as of 2024.
