Sahaj Chopra is an Indian entrepreneur. He is known for being the younger brother of Indian actress Parineeti Chopra .
Born in a Sikh family in Ambala, Haryana, Sahaj, soon after completing his undergraduate degree, joined his family business, Chopra Automobiles.

In 2014, Sahaj worked as an assistant director for the Hindi-language film Daawat-e-Ishq; the film stars his sister Parineeti Chopra , and Aditya Roy Kapur  in the lead role.
In 2018, he established the UK’s celebrated cookies brand Millie’s Cookies franchise in Saket, New Delhi, India. In an interview, Shaj talked about how he decided to open the franchise of Millie’s Cookies in India and said,
When my sister was in London a few years ago, she used to regularly go to Millie’s stores. So, when Millie’s came to me as an opportunity, she was the first one to tell me that I should take it forward. The entire process took about six to eight months,” Sahaj told the agency.”
In 2019, he co-established Fat Tiger with Sahil Arya; the restaurant has outlets in 22 cities, including Goa, Delhi, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kanpur, and Dehradun. In 2021, he co-established The Old Delhi restaurant at Omaxe World Street, Faridabad.
In an interview, Sahaj said that he never wanted to pursue a full-time career as an actor. He said,
I have never thought of acting. I have been with my father and in business. I am happy being here.We plan to take it to all the big cities. Our next one is expected to open in Rajouri Garden in about 30 days. Then in the next quarter, we should be able to launch in Mumbai as well.”
Parineeti Chopra, during an interview in 2017, talked about her younger brother Sahaj Chopra and said that he helped her in overcoming depression. She explained,
A couple of years ago, I went through a very low phase emotionally in my life where I was really down in the dumps. It wasn’t like a person especially came into to my life, but it was a person who has always been in my life — my brother Sahaj. Sahaj was the guy who was my voice of reason, he was the calming factor. He is the guy who knows me, he knows my pulse, he understands me, he understands the grain that I am made of. So, speaking to him, being with him everyday really used to give me that confidence in myself and really took me out of that phase.” check sources Filmfare
