Rubal was driven to follow in his father’s footsteps. He started doing bodybuilding and at a young age and then joined Delhi Police in 2010.

Dhankar has been a courageous and strong person since childhood. There was an incident in life which took place in 2009, a week prior to his first attempt at the Delhi Police Physical test. He underwent a mouth surgery, which went wrong and ended his chances to go for the physical test. But he didn’t give up. He came back stronger and comfortably cleared the exam the next year.

After a couple of years, his mother’s health started deteriorating, so he gave in to family pressure and got married.
Even after getting married, he wanted to do something extraordinary with his life. But, he was discouraged by a few people who told him that he won’t be able to do anything better with his life.
Annoyed by the insult, he decided to go for Roadies X4 auditions. Not only did he get selected, but he also outperformed the other contestants during his entire journey in the show. An unfortunate incident in the semi-finals became the reason for his eviction, and the chance to win the show slipped through his fingers.

The eviction was so shocking for him; it resulted in depression. He recollected himself to get out of the trauma by reminding himself that the show was just a part of his life and rejoined his duty in Delhi police.
By then, he had already become familiar to the people who had watched him on the show. He would receive a lot of messages from people on his social media account, who asked him a variety of questions on how he has built and maintained such a magnificent physique while simultaneously working as a constable in Police.
He then started a fitness & bodybuilding channel by his name “Rubal Dhankar” on YouTube, which received a huge response from the viewers. In 2020, the channel now has over 1.6 million followers. check sources Rubal Dhankar
