She was born in Orissa, and later, she shifted to Mumbai.

She has contested in various TV dance reality shows including ‘DID Doubles’ (2011), ‘Boogie Woogie Kids Championship’ (2014), and ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ (Indian version; 2016).

Roza has worked as a choreographer in a few seasons of TV dance reality shows like ‘Nach Baliye,’ ‘Dance India Dance Little Masters,’ and ‘Super Dancer.’
She has also choreographed a few Indian celebrities including Katrina Kaif , Jacqueline Fernandez , Vicky Kaushal , and Tiger Shroff .
She appeared in the recreated version of the Hindi song ‘Sona Kitna Shona Hai’ along with BK Thapa in 2019.
In 2021, she participated in Sony TV’s dance reality show ‘India’s Best Dancer- Season 2’ along with the Indian choreographer Sanam Johar .

She created a YouTube channel in 2013 with the name ‘Rocking ROZA’ on which she uploads her dance videos.
IIn one of her television shows, Roza revealed that her father once left his job to help her with her dance training. She further said that it was her father’s dream to see his daughter as a successful choreographer and dancer.
She has started ‘Roza Dance Academy’ in Rourkela, Odisha where students are taught various dance forms in her academy including Bollywood, B-Boying, Hip-Hop, Locking Popping, Zumba, Kathak, Salsa, Contemporary, and Hula Hoop.

At one of the ceremonies of the Star Screen Awards, she got the opportunity to perform with the Indian actor Tiger Shroff .
