  • Rohit Sardana was an Indian journalist who was known for hosting many popular TV debate shows including тАШDangalтАЩ on Aaj Tak, and тАШTaal Thok KeтАЩ on Zee News. He died of a heart attack while undergoing treatment for the COVID-19 on 30 April 2021.

  • After completing his schooling in Kurukshetra, Haryana, Sardana went to Hisar, where he pursued a masterтАЩs degree in Mass Communication at Guru Jambeshwar University of Science and Technology.

  • While pursuing his masterтАЩs degree in Hisar, Sardana interned at ETV Network in Delhi, and when he was in his final semesters, he was offered a job by ETV Network.

  • According to Sardana, he was paid only Rs. 3,200 as a stipend at ETV Network, and to compensate for his subsistence in Delhi, he had to borrow Rs. 5,500 every month from his father.
