He enrolled with the bar council of the Delhi High Court in 2012 and began practising law.
Rohan also practices law at the Supreme Court of India, Delhi.
In 2014, a 27-year-old businessman named Jayjeev Singh Chadha introduced himself as Arun Jaitley’s son Rohan Jaitley to several bank institutions and casino owners to get favours for himself and his friend. However, he was soon arrested by the crime branch of the police.
A cricket administrator, Rohan was elected unopposed as the President of the Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA) in 2023.
On 13 March 2024, Rohan Jaitley was appointed as a Central Government Standing Counsel for the Delhi High Court.
In 2024, he was re-elected as the President of the Delhi & District Cricket Association (DDCA).
During his tenure as the President of DDCA, Rohan Jaitley organised five ODI World Cup matches at Delhi’s Arun Jaitley Stadium. He also organised the inaugural edition of the Delhi Premier League in 2024.
