Some Lesser Known Facts About Rilee Rossouw
 In 2007, Rilee made his first-class debut for Free State against the Eastern cricket team; he scored 83 runs in the innings while batting at number three.
In December 2007, Rilee made his International debut for South Africa under-19s in the second test match against Bangladesh.
Rilee likes to consume alcohol occasionally.

In 2008, Rilee scored his maiden first-class century against the Multiply Titans cricket team; he made 106 runs which included 20 boundaries.
Besides cricket, Rilee likes to play golf, he learnt golf from his father.
 In the 2008 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup, Rilee played all six matches and helped his team to reach the finals; he scored 136 runs in the tournament at a batting average of 34.00.
Rilee is an animal lover and has kept a pet dog.

Rilee had a brilliant first-class season in 2009-10 as he scored 1,261 runs at a batting average of 57.61. He also scored a triple century in that season against The Titans cricket team. Rilee also made a partnership of 480 runs in that innings batting along with Dean Elgar, the biggest South African partnership for any wicket.
Riley has been out for a duck 5 times in his first 10 innings in the ODIs for the South African team.
Rilee was signed by Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2011 for IPL.

Rilee was awarded the man of the match in his debut T20 international match played against Australia; he scored 78 runs off 50 balls.
Rilee retired from international cricket in 2017 after accepting a Kolpak deal with Hampshire County Cricket Club. The Kolpak deal made him ineligible to play for the South African cricket team.

Riley returned to international cricket with South Africa in 2022 after the Kolpak deal became null and void following Brexit. Hampshire chose not to keep him as an overseas player because his performances were not good enough.
Rilee’s maiden T20 international century came in October 2022 at Indore against India.
