Reena Rai is a US-based actor and model, who mainly works in Punjabi films and music videos.
She started her career as a caregiver at the nursing home Golden Acres Home Care in October 2011.
She worked there for almost a year, and in 2012, she volunteered at Fremont Medical Hospital, Yuba City, CA.
In 2014, she participated in the beauty pageant Miss South Asia and won the title.

In 2015, she worked as a medical administrator and caregiver at Diana’s Care Home, Hayward, CA.
She worked there for a few years, and in May 2019, she joined Captiv8 in Palo Alto, CA, as a customer support manager.
Reena has worked in various Punjabi music videos such as “Dangey” (2017) by Dr. Zeus and Zora Randhawa .
She is also trained in various Indian dance forms.
She is also involved in philanthropy work.
During an interview, she talked about making a career in acting. She said,
I was pursuing my degree as a physician assistant but continued to maintain my dream to be an actress one day. I quickly realized the best things in life are often waiting for you at the exit ramp of your comfort zone and I started to do things that pushed me out of this zone to become a better individual. I was honoured to be selected as Miss South Asia USA in 2014. The confidence this title instilled within me really helped drive additional opportunities. I’ve never been a fan of normal modeling or cameo opportunities that my titular win brought with it. All I can say is that life is always about waiting for the right moment to act and I found mine soon.”
She is a dog lover and owns a pet dog.

On 16 February 2022, Reena and Deep Sidhu met with a major accident at Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway that bypasses Delhi. While they were sitting in the car, a truck rammed into the car, and Deep Sidhu died on the spot, whereas Reena survived with minor injuries. Later, Reena shared a post about Deep Sighu on her Instagram account.
