Ranjith Sajeev actively participated in dancing and theatre in school and college.
He used to act in short films while in college. He got his debut role in the Malayalam film Mike (2022) as Anthony after the director saw one of his short film videos.
According to Ranjith Sajeev, he was inspired by actor John Abraham ‘s role in the Bollywood film Dhoom (2004) and coincidentally, his debut film was produced by John Abraham.
