Ralph de Leon grew up in Cavite, Philippines.
He was very shy as a kid.
During his childhood, he developed a love for music and learned to play the piano.
Ralph began practising judo in grade 6 when his cousin convinced him to join a judo club. His cousin had been part of the high school team for a while and encouraged Ralph to give it a try.
In his school years, Ralph participated in various competitions and won many medals. He eventually became the co-captain of the high school juniors’ team.

His father, a photographer and videographer, introduced him to cameras at an early age, but Ralph preferred being in front of the camera.
Ralph’s relatives and other people at his father’s office often encouraged him to pursue acting when he was young, but he never took it seriously at the time.
Ralph began modelling during his high school years at school fairs and for his friends’ brands. This experience sparked his interest in working in front of the camera.
Ralph joined the Ateneo Men’s Judo team at Ateneo de Manila University. He went on to win many international awards and became the team captain.
Ralph’s passion for being in front of the camera grew stronger in college. He began doing professional test shoots and started exploring commercial acting.
During the pandemic in 2020, Ralph had his first audition for a commercial. This marked the beginning of his journey into the entertainment industry.
Ralph has walked the ramp at various fashion shows including Bench Fashion Week.

He has also hosted various shows and events including The Miss Philippines 2023 and Mister Pilipinas Worldwide 2023.

He once worked as a sales and marketing associate at InstaHomes PH.
Ralph gained recognition through his appearance as ‘Atom Gutierrez’ in the television series ‘Zoomers’ (2024), which aired on Kapamilya Channel. That same year, he also appeared in season 2 of the series.

Ralph played the role of ‘Dr. Kevin Gonzales’ in a drama mystery series titled ‘High Street’ (2024), which aired on Kapamilya Channel and streamed on iWantTFC.
