In October 2023, she received a legal notice from an online reputation management company named Aiplex Software Pvt Ltd for one of her roast videos in which she mocked Sonam Kapoor
for some of her public statements. The actress claimed that Raginyy had tried to defame her, her husband, and their fashion brands in the video. Raginyy reacted on the legal notice by making another YouTube video titled 'SHE WHO MUST NOT BE NAMED' in which she said that she also praised some works of the actress, but she focused only on negative remarks about her.
