She is the daughter of the renowned musician- Trilok Singh Loomba.
She starred in a movie- Zid when she was a teenager but that movie got released later in 1994.
She eventually made her debut with the film- Aankhen (1993) at the age of 18.
In 2000, she signed a contract with Coca-Cola to do a series of concerts all over India.
The same year, she collaborated with her father in an album- âY2K Saal Do Hazaarâ.
Her grit and determination became evident when despite being down with malaria, she shot for the video- âIkki Chikki Chikitaâ (2000).
Just a week after the concert of her album release, she was diagnosed with Bellâs Palsy, which left her with a paralyzed left side of the face and a slur in her voice.
 She recovered herself with help of physiotherapy, electrical stimulation, and yoga.
She did many shows after her rehabilitation- âEk Do Teenâ and âBaar Baar Dekhoâ on MTV, âKuch Kehti Hai Yeh Dhunâ on Sony, âQuest for BBC â and âOne on One With Raageshwariâ on TEN Sports.
She got married at the age of 38 and turned into a mother at 40, violating the fact that conceiving in 40âs, for a woman, is uncanny.
