Some Lesser Known Facts About R. Nait
He was inclined towards music from a young age.
While he was in school he used to sing Punjabi songs during his classes. Due to his habit of singing songs between classes often made him sit separately from the class.
At the age of 12, he made an attempt to write a song.

After completing his formal education, he shifted to Mohali, where he started worked at a refrigerator manufacturing factory to make ends meet. However, the work was so difficult that he quit the job after only one day.
After the success of his song “2800,” R Nait was signed by a music label. To join the label, he took a loan from his relatives and friends. However, the music label committed fraud against him. As a result, to repay the loan, he had to sell his farming land.
In 2019, R Nait released the songs “Defaulter” and “Dabda Kithe Aa,” featuring the renowned Punjabi female singer Gurlez Akhtar . These songs significantly contributed to R Nait’s rise to prominence.

His song Defaulter came as a game changer for him and got him fame. After that, he has constantly given super hit songs.
In the same year, R Nait collaborated on the song “Poison” with the renowned Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala , which brought him a lot of recognition.

Initially, his father did not support his music career, but his mother always stood by his side. Later, his father realised his passion for music and also supported him.
He attributes his success to his friends. It was through his friends that he had the opportunity to meet Gippy Grewal , a renowned singer in Punjabi music.
English was his weakest subject in school, which led to some funny moments at international airports due to language barriers.
He prefers writing his songs on his own rather than using ghostwriters.
After receiving a call from a fan who expressed his admiration for him and wished to cry on his shoulder, R Nait decided to meet the fan in person.
