Some Lesser Known Facts About Puja Sarkar
Puja Sarkar was an Indian model and a student. She worked in a few modelling projects in Kolkata.
She was pursuing her first year of graduation in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. Along with her graduation, she was doing modelling.
In 2022, she shifted to a rented flat in the Bansdroni area of South Kolkata.
On 16 July 2022, she went to a restaurant with her friends. After returning to her apartment from the restaurant, she got a call from her boyfriend. She got very upset after talking to him and went inside her room and locked herself. Her friends ran behind her and asked her to open the door. When Puja did not respond for a while, her friends called the local police. The police broke the door of Puja’s room and found her hanging from the ceiling fan with a towel tied around her neck. In the initial investigation, the police suspected it to be a case of suicide. Later, her boyfriend was also taken into custody for further investigation. While talking to the reporters, the local police said,
