Priyal Mahajan is an Indian actress who is best known for playing the protagonist, Purvi Singh, in the television series Molkki (2020).
She decided to make her career in acting at the age of 17. She was spotted by a modelling agency on her Instagram account. They liked her pictures and called her for a modelling assignment in Mumbai. She was studying in class 12 at that time. She convinced her parents to allow her to shift to Mumbai to make her career in acting.
She made aloo parantha for the first time while she was struggling in Mumbai.
Priyal started her career as a model, and she has appeared in advertisements for various brands like Cadbury Celebrations, CHIK Shampoo, andĀ Fair & Lovely Anti Marks Cream.
Priyal Mahajan gained popularity with the social drama series Molkki (2020) in which she played the role of a youthful and free-spirited girl Purvi Singh. As per āMolkkiā tradition, Purvi is sold and married to Virendra Pratap Singh (played by Amar Upadhyay ), a widower twice her age.
