Priti is a daughter of veteran actor D.K. Sapru, who acted in more than 350 Hindi Films.
Her grandfather was a Treasurer for the Dogra Kingdom.
Pritiâs sister-in-law, Dhanalakshmi Sapru (wife of Tej Sapru ), is the younger sister of the popular Bollywood actress Rekha .
