Some Lesser Known Facts About Pratham Singh
Pratham made his List A debut in the 2016–17 Vijay Hazare Trophy for Railways on 26 February 2017.
On 9 November 2017, Pratham made his first-class debut for Railways in the Ranji Trophy against Maharashtra; He scored 73 runs off 154 balls in the match.
Besides cricket, he also likes to play other sports such as tennis, football, and volleyball.

Pratham was picked by the IPL franchise Gujarat Lions in 2017, although he didn’t get any game time.

In 2018-19, Pratham scored 438 runs in 10 innings at a strike rate of 136 in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 Tournament; he was the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament.
Pratham runs three cricket academies. In an interview, he once stated that he opened his first cricket academy for his personal use in a nearby school in Delhi.
Pratham once hit nine sixes when he was called for the IPL trials, still, he went unsold in the IPL auctions.
On 21 February 2019, Pratham made his T20 debut for Railways in the 2018–19 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
Pratham set a record of 4 consecutive fifties in the 2021 edition of Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pratham almost gave up on cricket in India after he cleared his GMAT exam and nearly enrolled for an MBA course in the UK. Later, his father persuaded him and convinced him to continue playing cricket.
In the 2020-21 Vijay Hazare Trophy, Pratham was the highest run scorer for the Railways; he scored 299 runs with a highest score of 127 runs against Karnataka averaging 74.75.
Pratham was bought for Rs.20 lakh by the IPL franchise Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL auction for the 2022 edition.

In February 2024, Pratham made headlines when he scored 169 runs against Tripura and helped Railways to achieve their highest run chase in Ranji history of 378 runs.
In September 2024, Pratham made his maiden Duleep Trophy century while playing for India A against India D; he scored 189 runs off 122 balls.
