Some Lesser Known Facts about Prateek Yadav
He was born to Sadhana Gupta and Chandra Prakash Gupta in Uttar Pradesh.
He became the step-son of Mulayam Singh Yadav when his mother (Sadhana Gupta) got married to Mulayam on 23 May 2003.
Prateek has often asserted that he has no interest in politics and would prefer to avoid any sort of political career.
He is a fitness enthusiast and is very popular among the fitness freaks for his fit muscular body.
In his childhood, he was obese. However, he transformed his body into a fit one after doing heavy workouts.
He runs the biggest gym of Uttar Pradesh in Gomti Nagar Lucknow. The gym was inaugurated by Mulayam Singh Yadav in January 2015. The gym is equipped with the Italian and American machines. The annual fee of his gym is 36000 INR.Â
He met Aparna during his school days and fell in love with her. Later, he got married to Aparna in December 2011.
His wife has an interest in politics and has been given the ticket to contest the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections from the Lucknow Cantt in 2017.
Prateek is also passionate for driving and also owns a Lamborghini (worth more than 5 Crore INR).
He hit the headlines in July 2025 after he lost Rs. 4 crore after investing in a fraud scheme. According to sources, when Prateek demanded his money back from the investors, they not only threatened to file a case against him under the POSCO Act but also demanded Rs. 5 crore more from him.
